frank-schwenk.de is a static website. No analytics, tracking, or marketing tools are used. No cookies are set. Optionally, the language switch stores your choice in localStorage (keylang-pref); one-time language detection usessessionStorage (lang-auto-ran) to avoid redirect loops. High score and game UI use additional localStorageentries only when you use the home page with JavaScript enabled.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted on a VPS at Webtropia (serverboka, Debian 12). The build is served as static files from an nginx container; Traefik handles TLS termination and routing in front.
When you visit, server log data may be generated for technical reasons (e.g. IP address, time, requested URL, user agent). This processing serves operation, error analysis, and infrastructure security. There is no tracking for advertising or profiling.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, stable operation).
Retention: Log data is kept only as long as needed for operation and security; specific periods may depend on hosting or server operation.
Contact by e-mail
There is no contact form. If you contact me, you use the e-mail address shown or a mailto: link. Your message is processed via your e-mail provider; their privacy policy applies.
Data you provide (e.g. name, e-mail address, message content) is used to handle your request.Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding) or (b) where pre-contractual or contractual.
External links
The home page links to Instagram. No social media embeds are used; only when you actively follow a link do that provider's terms apply.
Fonts
Fonts are self-hosted via @fontsource. The browser does not load external font CDNs (e.g. Google Fonts).
